Supplier API key

This is the key your site uses to place every order with the supplier. Test checks it against the supplier and shows their balance. Save only stores a key that passed the test — a wrong key can never be saved, so this cannot take the shop down. Leave the box empty and press Save to go back to the key stored in the Worker settings.

Service mapping

Which supplier service each of your services is sent to. Change this when the supplier retires a service or you find a better one — no code change needed. A new id is checked against the supplier’s live list before it is saved. Leave the box empty and press Save to return to the built-in mapping.

What these mean

Dead click — someone clicked something that isn't clickable. They expected it to do something.
Rage click — repeated fast clicks in one spot. Usually anger or a broken button.
Quickback — opened a page then bounced straight back. The page wasn't what they wanted.
Excessive scroll — scrolled far more than normal, i.e. hunting for something.
Script error — JavaScript broke on the page. Worth fixing fast.
Scroll depth — how far down the page people get, on average.
